I actually purchased one, and then 3 weeks later my house was broken into and it was stolen. But I hated, hated, hated the touch screen keyboard. I have friends that just really love it, but it didn't work for me. The worst was realizing that I have a habit of sticking the phone under my chin and ear, and constantly putting my caller on speaker phone. Half the time I'd disconnect them trying to get it back in regular mode. I like to think I'm as technical as the next geek - but that baby was not up my alley. I’m so with you GB. Blackberries have continuously proven to be a useful business phone, and more compatible than Iphones, I work in a very diverse business environment that includes both a corporate as well as hotspot type environments, and am frequently observing issues that affect only Iphones. If you feel that it's not true that an Iphone is just an expensive play thing that can make calls and browse the internet, you're welcome to provide links to reputable sources that back your position, although I personally don't think you can ever fully trust what any corporation says about their product, just look at microsoft and all their talk about their softwares' features, when they fail to mention half of it's broke, incompatible, or requires special hardware/software/circumstances to work. It's just bad business practice to admit the shortcomings of your products. It really comes down to personal choice and purpose. For me, if I am going to shell out that kind of cash, it better be on something that brings on the features I want.
